Michael Tedder
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Michael Tedder has spent his career building financial organizations for companies in the energy and Internet industries. From 1999 - 2001, Mr. Tedder served as CFO of Stick Networks, Inc. where he was responsible for helping to raise $15 million in venture and private capital for the company in addition to his roles managing finance and human resources. From 1997-1999, Mr. Tedder served as the CFO of Energy Associates, responsible for the finances of eleven operating companies. Prior to Energy Associates, Michael served as VP-Controller for Merit Natural Gas, a company he helped found, start and sell to LG&E in 1997. A graduate of Texas A&M, he has also held Controller and CFO positions with TrisStar Gas and DotSafe respectively.

Joy Lesczynski
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Joy is responsible for the integration of the Sales and Client Care teams, ensuring that Red Gap’s solutions are implemented, customer expectations are met and the highest level of efficiency is attained. Prior to Red Gap, Joy’s career revolved around designing, developing and managing system solutions and implementations for small to midsize companies in various high tech industries. She comes from the world of management consulting where she spent 7 years between Price Waterhouse and Deloitte & Touche. Joy went on to do Internet consulting where she was responsible for designing and managing online solutions for e-commerce companies. There she met the founders of Stick Networks, a wireless startup, who hired her to manage the User Interface Team responsible for designing and developing infrastructures to be used on a revolutionary wireless handheld device. After Stick Networks, Joy ran her own company, Blu Bambu, providing project management, strategic consulting, multimedia, web design and web development, to companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
