Easy to Start
Starting service with Red Gap is a very simple 5 step process:
  1. Tell us about your company
  2. Select your phone service options (# of lines, voice mail, etc.)
  3. Select your phones
  4. Select your phone numbers (or transfer your existing numbers)
  5. Pay online and your service begins the Next Day!
Easy to Add Services
When your company grows, instead of having to upgrade your phone system, buy more lines from the local phone company, or add infrastructure, you simply Login to our Customer Portal and click on the ADD USER button. If you are not comfortable with working online, you can also call our free Red Gap Helpline and we will add the user for you and walk you through the process to help you better understand it.
Easy to Delete Services
Unlike many phone companies and ISPs, we make it just as easy to delete services as it is to add them. A business contraction may mean your staff and telecommunications needs shrink -- a time when you need the most help from your business partners. We hate to see customers cut back on our services, but long term, we know that if we have done our job, you'll be happy and you'll be back.
